Minnetonka, making its second consecutive team appearance, finished with an 0-2 record March 2 in the Class 3A State Wrestling Tournament at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul.

The Skippers lost to eventual state champion Apple Valley 73-3 in the first round.

A second bout with Owatonna, the consolation champions, finished in a 52-12 decision.
