We look to follow the Athlete Development Model and Coaching plans put out by USA Wrestling as much as possible. We will present this information during the parent meeting, and throughout the season, but please check this out directly on the USA Wrestling website (links below).
This is a nonprofit organization run by volunteers and donations. We organized this team to support the sport and introduce it to new families. If your athlete is going above and beyond our goal is to support them while we can and provide guidance towards their next steps in their wrestling career - be it with Tonka or with other programs more dedicated to training at a higher level.
